A holiday house for your whole group
Köckenhof is a Tyrolean farmhouse, around 200 years old, with a little bell tower, wooden balconies and 115 square metres of living space. You rent the whole house: the ground floor, first floor, balcony and terrace are exclusively yours. The attic and cellar are private.
On the ground floor, the open-plan kitchen and living area has a large dining table, dishwasher and coffee machine. Next door are the original Tyrolean Zirbenstube (traditional Swiss stone pine parlour), a WC and a storage room for skis and boots.
Up to eight guests sleep on the first floor in four rooms, each with a double bed. Every room has its own shower, and two also have their own WC. The balcony looks out over the Inn valley towards the surrounding mountains.
In front of the house is a sunny terrace with tables and benches. Parking is available behind the house.
Köckenhof is a self-catering house. There is no breakfast or hotel service, but there is a fully equipped kitchen and shops in the village.
Two bedside cots and a high chair are available for babies. Up to two dogs are welcome.
